1. Executive Training Services

Neravon offers personalized sessions designed to enhance leadership and organizational skills for professionals. Each program is tailored to individual goals and includes live instruction.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

You may request rescheduling at least 48 hours before the session via our contact form. Sessions canceled less than 48 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled at the trainer’s discretion.

Refunds

All sales for services are final. We do not provide refunds for completed or scheduled sessions as resources and personnel are allocated in advance. If Neravon cancels a session, you may choose to reschedule at no additional charge or receive a full refund of the paid amount via the original method of payment within 14 days.

2. Information Products

We offer digital materials such as guides, templates, and video courses. Upon purchase, you gain immediate access through your account.

Refunds

If the digital materials do not match the described features, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting us at Contact Us. After review, approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment within 14 days. Purchases older than 7 days are final.

3. Goods

Physical items such as books or branded merchandise are shipped to your address. Shipping fees may apply.
